Some up to date pictures on the sagging roof, started framing in ceiling today, we have a little more framing to do before we can insulate and drywall.

I took some pictures of the progress on the Reno in Kingston today, I wish I had got some before pictures but unfortunately we didn’t. We turned doorways into arches repaired drywall before and after electrician and plumbers, tiled floors built bulkhead and windows are in and ready to be replaced.

So we currently have two jobs on the go, we’re renovating a home in Kingston, tiling floors and do drywall repair, bathroom Reno and new windows to install, and also fixing a sagging roof for another customer. The pictures are of the sagging roof which we strengthened with new support since it was built using 4 round longs 3’ on centre with 1 thick planks.

We spent earlier this week installing doors for one of our customers, we removed two old doors and frames and old storm doors and replaced with 2 new doors and trimmed them off with PVC instead of aluminium flashing. They turned out amazing.

We spent Sunday putting back together a floor we had cut apart a couple months ago for a customer so they could relocate it to a hillside over looking the lake.
