Reminder that our Annual General Meeting is November 21st @ 10:30am and will be held online. An email will be going out today about how electronic elections will be held during the meeting. We are looking for a few key regional positions to be filled so please consider putting your name forward to our nominating committee. ... Regional Quiz, Tetrathlon, Camp and Junior Test Chair. Also reminder that Branches should get your members to submit a name to the Regional Youth Rep position. Two each of whom shall: a) Be at least 18 years of age at the time of taking office, be a Canadian Pony Club, Inc. member of a Branch in Western Ontario Region and reside in the Province of Ontario in the year he or she is elected and for the duration of his or her term. b) Represent the views of Active members of the Region and provide a liaison between the Region and all Active members in the Region. c) Work together to prepare a report for the Regional Annual General Meeting.
