Oh I am so excited! Words Worth won in the Best Online/Curbside Shopping category via Community Edition! At the start of lockdowns WWB hustled and pivoted overnight to promote online sales. We have the absolute most amazing staff who weathered the change with determination, even as we felt less and less like booksellers over the past months. We have missed our customers and missed talking about books, the best part of our job. Winning this Best Of shows us that customers fel...t we have showed up for them. And that feels amazing. Some may have passed by the store to see that we had a soft open on Tuesday. Come by and browse in-store so we can see your faces again! We will continue offering no-contact, backdoor pick-up and delivery. And of course you are always welcome to shop with us 24/7 online. Thank you for voting!

At this time, our backdoor is not an accessible entryway into our store. It is only for no-contact pick-ups, which must be pre-arranged with payment. ... We continue to offer no-contact backdoor pick-up with pre-payment. If you choose this option, please arrange it with our staff via phone or email and pick up your books at our backdoor (please do not use our front door as we cannot offer no-contact service this way). We also continue to offer no-contact delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays for a $3.00 fee if delivering within Kitchener-Waterloo.
