CURRENTLY RECRUITING: Accounts Payable Clerk In this role, you will ensure that all invoices and payment requests are received, validated and vouchered in a timely manner for Timmins operations based on the predetermined Accounts Payable procedures. You will communicate directly with employees and suppliers to provide or retrieve required information and also follow process for month end accruals as set out in procedures.... Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Contract AP Clerk will have the following responsibilities: Take responsibility for all receiving, validating and vouchering of all payable invoices and payment requests applicable. Follow all procedures leading to the accurate and timely vouchering of all invoices Provide un-posted invoices for month end accruals as set out in procedures Communicate directly with employees and suppliers to either supply or retrieve required information Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time Key Qualifications: College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration Solid knowledge of accounts payable practices and procedures 3-5 years of relevant industry experience Accurate data entry skill with focus on attention to detail Self-motivated with strong time management capacity Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate orally and electronically with all levels of the Company Excellent computer aptitude for hardware and accounts payable software Ability to work in a fast-paced office focused on meeting required deadline Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada. CURRENTLY RECRUITING: CRUSHER HELPER - REMOTE CAMP Reporting to the Mill Supervisor, the Crushing Plant Helper is responsible for assisting the Crushing Plant Operator in the operation of all crushing plant equipment, crushing plant area housekeeping and other labour-related duties.... Key Responsibilities: Specific Safety Responsibilities: Works and ensures all workers work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Regulations for Mines and Mining Plants and all other applicable government standards and regulations. Complies with and participates in the continuous improvement of all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Actively participates and encourages others to participate in the Internal Responsibility System and the Five Point Safety System Specific Work Duties: Adjust and check crusher setting as prescribed Start-up, operation, routine monitoring and inspection, and shutdown of all crushing plant equipment, whenever the Crusher Plan Operator is unavailable. Perform visual inspections of the crushing equipment and fine ore bin level Carry out routine maintenance of conveyors and conveyor components Adjust rate of plant feed and balance between crushers to avoid equipment overload Verify lubrication of crushing equipment. Remove tramp iron and wood from the jaw crusher feed. Clean the metal recovery system. Unblock equipment when necessary. Verification of conveyor chute and operation of dust removal systems. Operate mobile equipment to supply the mill with reagents, grinding media etc. Maintain plant housekeeping Cleaning of jaw crusher grease during dayshift. Progress to Crushing Plant Operator Key Qualifications: This is an entry level position. Previous work experience in a mining or industrial work environment is preferred. Good communication skills Good physical abilities Able to work independently and within teams Able to work different schedules Rate of Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour Schedule: 7 days of work followed by 7 days free from work Require drivers license and reliable vehicle to drive to worksite.
