Here's what was reported over the last 8 weeks: Market Stats from Toronto Real Estate Board April 2019 Total Sales (units) 9005... April 2020 Total Sales (units) 2975 Prices remain consistent from April 2019 to April 2020 Market Stats from Mississauga Real Estate Board March Total Sales 2020 (units) 756 April Total Sales 2020 (units) 260 Prices remain consistent from month to month Looking at these numbers, it’s pretty amazing that 1/3 of the transactions STILL got completed during this period of self-isolation and restricted activities.
