2021 is all about connection and reconnection! So, launch #1 was The Ambitious Wordie Book Club! Launch #2 is the Joyful Minds Collective which is a pen pal program for entrepreneurs! ... I LOVE the feeling of receiving a handwritten letter, card, postcard, or even a sticky note. It brings me joy to sit down and read the thoughts of a dear friend or family member. The comfort mixed with excitement of connecting and catching up is something I look forward to regularly. I want to grow that feeling with my business friends and network. I built this Collective to bring strangers together in hopes of building friendships. I want us to make each other smile and laugh. I want us to be creative. I want us to motivate and engage with each other. I want us to tell our stories. To learn more or to register, visit www.worksmarttrainsmart.ca/joyful-minds-collective Let's make the world a little brighter and our lives a little more joyful - one letter at a time! #penpal #penpalprogram #PandemicPenPals #hamont #brantford #brant

Today is the deadline to register for my new book club: The Ambitious Wordie! I started this book club because I LOVE LOVE LOVE to read! But, I find that my time sometimes gets distracted with other things going on such as LIFE. The second reason I started this book club is because I miss networking and getting into some really good, deep conversations with wonderful people. ... So, The Ambitious Wordie was born. Join me, and other business owners, as we connect or re-connect to share ideas, opinions and inspiration derived from the business-related books that will help us grow our businesses and our minds in 2021. I know this book club will look and feel a little different from the in-person format BUT think of the perks - the coffee is endless and pajama pants are comfy. Interested in joining? Welcome to the first day of February! I'm officially kicking off today as my New Year because January went by so crazy! I'm excited to announce a NEW initiative that I will be launching in February: 1. The Ambitious Wordie Book Club! ... The purpose of this group is to bring together business owners who are interested in reading the same business-oriented book over a one month period and connecting to discuss their ideas, opinions and inspiration derived from the book and content.
