#U.S Bound Owner-Operator Pay Package: #Option 1: $1.28 Per Mile (Loaded / Empty), Fuel at $0.54 per Litre (Locations Locked based on Price) #Option 2: $ 1.54 per mile (Loaded / Empty), Fuel at Regular rate less $.07 per Litre Discount in Canada and $0.10 per Gallon discount in the U.S, Exchange rate on fuel purchases and Cash Advances in U.S. Currency will be based on Bank of Canada Average rate for the Pay Period + $ 0.03.... #Common for Both Packages #3 Trips a Week: $0.05 per mile on all Miles during the 70-hour cycle #5 Trips a Week: $0.10 per mile on all Miles during the 70-hour cycle. #East Coast Premium: (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, WV) - $ 0.10 per mile VA, NC, SC, GA, FL - Premium for Crossing at Buffalo, NY: $ 0.05 per mile #Team: $0.05 / Mile Extra #Deductions: #Disability Insurance 50% Premium Paid by Company and 50% paid by the Owner-Operator #Fleet Insurance - CAD 1,700.00 per month will be deducted, if the truck is parked for more than 30 days in a Calendar Month, #Holdback - Holdback will be $5,000.00 which will be refunded 90 days from the Last Pay Day due after the Owner-Operator Quits. #Quarterly Fuel Tax Deductions if the Owner-Operator does not purchase all fuel on Company Credit during the Quarter #Plates: Proportional Deduction based on the number of days the plates stay unattached to any Commercial Truck in the Fleet #Admin Fee: $1500 Administration Fee Deduction if O/O quits within 6 months of hiring. #Quit Without Notice: If the Owner-Operator quits without two weeks notice, we will deduct $1,000.00. #DTOPS Transponder: There will also be deduction for DTOPS Transponder if we paid for the Calendar year, and the Owner-Operator quits within the Calendar Year. The Annual Fee is approximately CAD 550.00 per truck per transponder. This will be deducted proportionally based on the days left in the Calendar Year multiplied by $1.5068493 ([550/365]). For Example, if the Owner-Operator leaves on July 01, 2018, the deduction for the Transponder will be 277.26 (1.5068493*184) #Preventative Maintenance: The Company will perform P.M Inspection free of cost on all trucks every 3 months. The Owner-Operator will be required to get the identified defects corrected / repaired from a certified mechanic before going on a trip or the time allotted by the Company
