I would love some feedback from the parents out there. Can you be so kind to provide me some of your feedback/suggestions? I want to be sure I’m providing val...uable/relevant content for people. I’m building a 2 week intensive coaching program to combat the overwhelm and bring forth more calm and positive connection. Please review the questions below, share as little or as much as youd like in the comments or send me a DM. What would you like to be experiencing that you’re currently not? What are some feelings you are struggling with right now? What areas could you could use a little support in? (eg. nutrition, emotional regulation, movement, self care, etc) Is this something you would invest in for yourself? Would you have time to commit 2 weeks to making small changes to create big impacts? Any other comments are welcome. Thanks so much for your help!

I don’t know about you, but I’m a night owl. I love the night, I can stay up for hours alone with myself doing whatever I want. It’s peaceful and I love it. Unfortunately early mornings with the kids don’t make staying up late a good idea. I’m nasty and unproductive. ... Can anyone else relate? We all know sleep is essential for optimal health. Some benefits include: - improved mental clarity - improved mental health - reduced stress levels - stronger immune system - healthier body weight - improved hormone levels - reduced inflammation - increased energy In order to take advantage of these benefits (and spare my fam grouch mode) I’ve created a night routine to help me fall asleep fast, so when I wake up I’m refreshed and ready to crush my day. Here are some things I’ve been doing: - meditating in an epsom salt bath with lavender essential oils - Restful Sleep tea - blue light blockers - reading a great book - Pure Rest (high quality melatonin) Needless to say I’m feeling so relaxed after this and enjoyed that time for me...and I’m asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. #worldmentalhealthday In these photos I seem alright, but if you really look, you can see the sadness in my eyes. The chaos of it all didn’t just effect me, it effected my whole family. ... It’s interesting because even though my mental heath diagnosis was triggered from pregnancy, I still have to actively work on keeping my mental wellness in check every day. It’s been 7 yrs. It never really goes away. You just learn to cope. Sometimes different situations will trigger my sadness or my anxiety. But it’s not even close to the pain I felt then. Though that experience was horrible, I am grateful. It made me change my ways. It made me heal the old wounds I didn’t realize were there. It made me mentally strong and resilient. It helped my family get healthy and grow stronger relationships. I am also grateful that I get to share my journey with others that may need support. If you are struggling, please don’t be afraid to reach out to a friend, your partner, your doctor, anyone that you feel comfortable with. And if you don’t have that, I am always here to provide a safe space to chat. See more
