We at Warriors of the Light Academy, appreciate all of the support from our community as we continue to evolve and grow to the next stage of our development. Although we are closed and no longer operating as-was at our previous location, have no fear - we are not gone forever!! The warrior way is to persevere and to prevail, no matter what obstacles lie in the way; our dream is too big to let go.... What was before, was merely the seed planted in what's to come. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work out the details behind-the-scenes as to our next steps. A big thank you to Keith at LumberJaxe for donating a target to the Warrior Dream Fundraiser. It was a massive hit, actually many, many literal hits for the day. The other Silent Auction target was popular as well. :)

Thank you to all that attended for making the Warrior Dream Fundraiser an overwhelming success. The weather was spectacular, the crowds were huge and enthusiastic, the volunteers that made this possible were amazing, the events were great and hosted by phenomenal people, the food was delicious and everyone had a blast. On behalf of Beth, thank you to everyone for attending, and a massive thank you to everyone that helped to make this possible. Stay tuned for our next event. :)

This. Is. Everything. Despite the ongoing changes Warriors of the Light has been going through since the start of the pandemic...the heart and soul of WHO WE ARE and WHAT WE DO, continues to beat strongly in the hearts of our community. Thank you William Bloom, Andrew Smith and Michael Kent for keeping our weekly Warrior Throwing Guild alive, and for providing us a temporary and very cozy home-away-from-home, as we continue to navigate through these rough waters to the other side of stronger days to come.

The end of what was & start of whats meant to be... No need for sadness or heavy hearts Warrior friends, this was only a small taste of the beginning and much cause for celebration! Warriors of the Light is not a place; its YOU, the people ... A space is just a space - temporary stops along the way to the bigger picture. The true test of a person's strength in what they want, is their ability to stay the course and not be attached or try to control how they *think* they should get there. What matters most in life and our dreams is the bigger picture, the lessons learned, the experiences had, and the real purpose and reasons behind what you do and why you do it.
