Breathe. Breathing is a good thing. Without breathing we do not have life. Breathing renews our oxygen levels to our brain and exhaling expels carbon dioxide. Breathing allows us to take a few moments to reset our thoughts and emotions. Breathing helps ground us. Breathing allows us the opportunity to chose to act within our capacity to be kind, gentle, wise and discerning. Breathe. Breathing is a good thing.
