Childhood anxiety is real my friends. It’s also on the rise and also manifests in many different ways. What are some of your favorite tips or tricks to help ease a child’s anxious thoughts/behaviors? Repost from @sensoryfriendlyirelanduk

Thanks to @biasbehavioral for creating this awesome tip sheet for wearing a mask. With kids going back to school in 3 weeks (gulp ), we should start to think about how to help them accommodate to a new normal.

This week all three of my girls have experienced a lot of tears. Lack of sleep, heat, boredom, pain...whatever the reason, I needed this reminder today. Sometimes when our littles cry, we can get annoyed or become dismissive. Let’s takes a step back today and think about how we can help, hug, & honor what these tears mean to our precious kiddos. @instituteofchildpsychology
