Irrigation is the fundamental element to making things grow here in the okanagan. When laying new lines it gets to be a pain. So we decided to make life a little easier for our customer. One on each end of the spool and walk to the end of the row, no effort at all. Couple farmers saw it in action and now they want one build also! Thanks to Gill Family Orchards for your co tinued support!!

Got some fun work and basically anything we see fit to do, go for it!! Alot going on with this 2255N. Electrical, lift pump, parking brake and new LED lights front and rear. Thanks to Scott Walker for the job.

Another sprayer pump...Zeta 170...not getting cleaned properly and the chemicals eat away at the diaphrams and allow water to mix with the oil. Total overhaul including new thru shaft, bearings and seals, valves and heads. Thanks to Krazy Cherries for the work!!

Starting a build on a marine 350. 4 bolt main. Update photos as progress continues. Taking the time to do this correct, so it will be after hours when phones arent ringing and people showing up. Thanks to Okanagan Engine once again for the exemplary machining!!! And a big thanks to Riann Arkinstall for allowing us to be a part of your boating adventures!!

If it has cylinders, we don't care what brand it is. Thanks to the guys at Okanagan Engine for the fine machine work and getting the parts I needed. This is out of a F250, 1980. Truck is in excellent condition. Motor was very tired. Talked owner into a rebuild, and converting the 2 barrel to a 4 barrel. Think he will be pleased!! Few more things to add on, but it's almost ready to drop in.

Teardown of customers 4610. Awesome tractor. Has quite an oil leak coming from between block and trans. Looks like engine oil and hydraulic oil. Split tractor to find assumption correct. Rear main seal on block and front gasket on trans hub. Good thing....also found a bearing that let go....relieved it wasnt in the trans or that would have been split too. Oil saturated the clutch so we will also be installing one along with new bearing and seals. Thanks to Bahangoo Farms for the work!!

Alot of sprayer pumps getting overhauled this year. Most are only a couple years old. When properly maintained, along with proper, extensive cleaning practices, these pumps should last many years without a problem. The moment you see the oil turn color, usually a grey to a milky white, or if you find you are always adding oil, take a moment to bring it by and we can do a basic overhaul before it becomes costly. A couple hundred is better than a couple thousand!! This pump is just 2 years old. Too far gone to rebuild.

Call out to a field to do a repair. Case excavator is excessively worn, but gotta get it going for a while longer. Do what we can! Link pin broke and caused the track to shift. Weld in a makeshift pin to keep it going for the rest of the season. Worked as good as new!

Customer came in complaining his brakes arent quite right. This is the third truck in as many weeks that has a major issue....not saying it is the truck or the driver.....you decide!!!

Went to check the oil and something didnt quite look right!! Since when does motor oil look like butterscotch pudding with the same consistency?!?! Um, never!!! Blown head gasket being the culprit. Will get this IH running perfectly after some head work from the good folks at Okanagan Engine, and while they are on that, I will do a carb job and a few tweaks here and there!!

Brake pedal going down a little more than usual? Hear any noises, such as a squeal or grinding? Dont think it will go away, get it into a shop or do it yourself, but the one thing you NEED to rely on in your vehicle is the brakes!! Do NOT ignore the signs!!! This customer didnt think his truck made any noise or brakes were that bad. I told him otherwise. Change my mind!!!

Appreciate the overhaul that a good customer, Parmjeet Gurm has trusted us with. New brakes, hydraulic pump, injector pump rebuild, steering column rebuild, and wiring in new guages on this older John Deere 1830. Nice easy work!

Big thanks to Buta Ghuman of Ghuman Farms. Gave us parts of an older loader and asked us to get it mounted to his much newer New Holland. Looked like it was going to be nearly impossible but with the fine efforts of Gurpinder, Brad and myself, we managed to get the job done.

Really appreciate the opportunity to do this job for Karma Gill Orchards. This truck started off as a cargo van. Converted it to a flatbed for hauling fruit. Side rail, headache rack, hold down hooks, cargo winches, and custom rear section.

Just a few words from our sponsors!! Lol. Thank you for the continued support, allowing us to give our customers the best deal possible!!

These track machines are becoming a popular choice for farmers. They come from Japan, and all the decals and operating instructions are in Japanese. However, they work great for pruning, picking and checking out the orchard! Got this one all in working order with wiring, decks and stairs for Buta, owner of Ghuman Farms.

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 26.01.2020

Finished the build....trailer looks pretty good. Now off to get decking put on it. We will use this to haul anything to our shop that the customer cant bring on his own. Should work out fine. Gurpinder Kullar Brad Wilks

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 13.01.2020

Finished the boat. Thanks to good friend Doug Engel for the trust in my abilities!! Rewire, tweek, new HEI, plugs, wires, manifold repair and a little of this and a little of that and hang the hell on!!!

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 06.01.2020

CHANGE YOUR OIL!! Most of us do....but some do not. Here is an example of a do not. Now, after explaining to the owner what happened and how much it will cost, he will change it regularly!! This is the pick up tube that sits in the sump of your oil and is attached to your oil pump. If the screen plugs, it starves your engine of oil. Yes, this is 100% preventable!!!

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 24.12.2019

Business took a turn today....next we may need to look at a Harley franchise after we get this bad boy going!! Thanks Karma for the project!! Lol

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 07.12.2019

Wet weather putting some farmers behind a bit. Tried our best to resurrect this beast from a 15 year hibernation but just wouldnt go. Motor failed. New motor, wiring, switches, battery, and some adjustments here and there and got it to perform as it should! Big thanks to Charlie of Judge Orchards for the work....and your patience!!!

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 20.11.2019

Jeep commander completed. Satisfied customer.....added a few touches to wake the Hemi up...MBRP Exhaust, so with the cold air it seems to do pretty good. Body and paint complete and off it goes!! Thanks to Mike Clarke for the business!!

Radiator replacement for a Volvo 780. Beautiful day so why not make a mess outside instead of inside the shop? Thanks to Dorel from Bison Transport for the job!

Gotta keep it clean!!

Spring is just around the corner! Bikes, both pedal and motor, are out more than ever. With the loose sand on the shoulders, please, everyone be careful when passing, just that little extra caution could save a life!!

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 03.10.2019

Getting the units ready to roll before the spring rush...soon it will be raking time of the tree prunings and mulching before we know it! Cmon spring!!! Gurpinder Kullar riding the new style Low Rider New Holland!! Actually, waiting for parts to repair a seat but needed to move it out of the shop to make room. Little humor to end our busy week!!

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 28.09.2019

John Deere 1120. Gear shift was stuck in gear. Found shifter shaft broken. Split tractor and found some more issues. Unlike some customers, this customer acknowledged the repairs to be needed and gave the go ahead to do whatever it needs. So, new shifter shaft, gaskets and seals, new load shaft seals and PTO output shaft seal. Thanks to Parminder Hans for the work and for trusting us to make your gem back to operating at peak performance!

WW Valley Mechanical Ltd. 22.09.2019

Locally built, the IMP makes pruning fruit trees a lot easier as maneuverability in between rows is achieved by simple operating techniques. Gurpinder Kullar and I gave this one new life with things from carb kit, fuel pump rebuild, hydraulic rebuild, new cables, new electrical and some creative welding and fiberglass repair. Thanks to Dillon Orchards for the business and allowing us to be your dedicated shop.

Big Block getting another step closer to final assembly. Comp Cams pushrod length checker tool made it easy to determine the length of the pushrods. Now to order pushrods and button this monster up!
