This one is beyond true. Yeah, your product is pretty cool, but no one cares if all you do is bark about it constantly. Your customers want benefits, real value, not reasons why you're amazing. Stop talking at your customers and start taking with them! ... Business owners, you can do better. You just need to think like your customers and figure out what they really need. Don't force your copywriting, keep it natural.

Businesses loved it, Square built on it, and the rest is history. The company successfully identified a pain point that business owners were feeling, pounced on it, and executed like pros. That my friends is what selling the concept looks like.
