Thanks to everyone for doing such a great job following the back to class rules. I know we are all getting tired of hearing them BUT we are required to continue to mention them so here we go:). 1. Do your covid assessement before coming to class and if feeling un well please stay home. 2. If self distancing is not possible then masks must be worn during class activities 3. Bring your water bottle as fountains are not available... 4. Try your best to arrive and leave with your gi on. If that is not possilbe then please ensure you change in a stall to allow for distancing. 5. Sanitize your hands when entering and leaving the dojo. It is important that these rules are followed as they are put in place by Health PEI, Karate PEI and West Royalty School.

Bernie came to keep us company on Saturday when we were struggling with internet problems trying to connect to a karate zoom clinic. No internet = in house brown belt clinic.

Congratulations to Liam(boots) on receiving this scholarship for the National Chito Ryu Karate Association. We are so proud of him and all of his academic achievements. #wrskstrong

Dust off those gi's! Looks like we are going to be able to get back into the school. This is so exciting, due to the time of year we will be starting back fresh in the new year. Keep an eye on your emails in the next week for the new procedures in place, start dates etc.

Well tonight’s instructions for last boot camp class are. No gi required. Wear comfy clothes. Not your best clothing . Bring an extra set of clothing. Can’t be any worse than the 2 hour plank class on Tuesday right ??????#bootcampprobs #crazysensei #karate #wrskstrong

Tonight’s the last bootcamp class for 2020. Each year sensei awards customized tshirts to the students that attended the required amount of classes to complete bootcamp. Who will get them tonight and I wonder what they will look like. We’ve had many designs over the years such as these ones from 2018.
