YVR Art Foundation recently announced our Call for Applications to the 2021 Scholarship Program and we would appreciate your help to spread the word. The Emerging Artist Scholarship Program is for BC and Yukon First Nations visual artists (age 17-29) to either attend a school of art or work with a mentor artist. Awards are for $5,000 and up to seven will be awarded in 2021. The Mid-Career Artist Scholarship Program is for BC and Yukon First Nations visual artists (age 30+) to... either attend a school of art, work with a master artist or work on a project of significance to their community. Awards are for $5,000 and up to three will be awarded in 2021. The Call for Applications is open until January 28, 2021 and artists can apply either online on the program page (found at http://yvraf.com/programs ) or they can send in a hard copy.
