Low cost heavy bag replacement! Used tires are a great substitute for a heavy bag, get some today! Do 10 three-minute rounds on the tires with a minute rest between each round. Finish up the workout with 50 push ups, 50 Squats, and 100 sit ups. #quarantine #yycfit

As everyone is surely aware, COVID-19 has spread to Calgary, with a number of cases reported. Here is what WTM is doing to protect our healthy space: 1. Doubled down on our daily cleaning regimen. 2. Educated staff on all preventative measures. 3. Set up MORE disinfectant stations around the gym equipped with hospital-grade disinfectant to wipe down any equipment you use.
