Happy Monday! With the holidays quickly approaching...the Valley Female Leadership Network wanted to do a giveaway while supporting the awareness of women and g...irls in sport, recreation, and physical activity! We are giving away not one, but TWO "Strong and Free" books by Lyndsay Doyle! The book features inspiring stories of 100 women in sport from across Canada. There are 50 unique sports covered and the folks featured are ages 20-80, from beginners to Olympians! To enter the giveaway, please like our page on Facebook, like this post and tag a friend in the comment section below. You can also enter by following us on Instagram and liking and commenting on the photo there too! The contest is running from Monday, December 7 until Sunday December 12 at Midnight.
