Today’s self-care tip comes courtesy of needing a little privacy. Please tell me I am not the only person who goes to the bathroom just because I need a little alone time?! There may have even been instances of consuming chocolate or coffee with the bathroom door closed, just so I could have a moment of peace. It’s ok to need time for yourself. Don’t be afraid to use the bathroom as a sanctuary--push that door lock in and take 5 minutes if you need it!
