A recent double-blind placebo-controlled trial in dogs with early stage heart failure compared both Crataegus (Hawthorn) mother tincture and a 6C homeopathic pr...eparation with placebo. The 6C homeopathic preparation was found to be faster and more effective than the mother tincture at helping reduce blood pressure and improve ventricular performance. Few days ago we lost one of pioneers of homeopathy in Iran Dr. Mirzazadeh. He was a great physician, gynaecologist and a homeopath who had studies and practiced homeopathy in Germany before moving to Iran. It has always been a great honor to me to be one of his students. Dr. Mirzazadeh was an inspiration for homeopathy students for years as well as a dedicated and caring physician to his patients. Although he will be greatly missed but his foot steps will be here for future... generation of homeopaths to follow and his influence and legacy will remain strong and eternal! May he rest in peace and harmony! . . . . .
