We are looking for an exceptional people person to take over as Office Manager and part-time Dental Receptionist. This is a three day a week position that requires extremely strong organizational abilities, excellent computer skills, an acute attention to detail, a proven ability to multi-task, and experience managing a team. It is a strange time indeed! It will be challenging to celebrate this season with the new lockdown measures in place, but we hope you still manage to find ways to put a smile on your face!

We will be closed tomorrow for Remembrance Day. We will re-open on Thursday for our regular hours of 8-4:30.

In these challenging times, it's important to celebrate when we can. We had a few birthdays in our office in the last month, so what better way to celebrate than with cake! Happiest of birthday wishes to Connie, Darlene, and Dr Saini!

Because cold and flu season is approaching, in addition to having some local confirmed COVID-19 cases, we have decided that we will now be asking our patients to wear masks when in our waiting area. So, please bring a mask with you to your appointment; if you don't have one we will be happy to provide you with one!

Our dental hygienists, Melissa and Allison, are excited to be back providing periodontal services and hygiene therapy in a safe and comfortable environment. We have implemented a strict protocol to protect our clients and dental team. All hygiene procedures will be carried out as normal, however we have been advised to minimize or eliminate the use of ultrasonic scaling until our regulatory body specifies otherwise. To our valued patients, we will be re-opening our doors tomorrow, Tuesday June 2, and we are so happy to be back!! There will be lots of adjustments made in the clinic in order to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. You'll notice our waiting room is pretty bare now. We will be asking patients to come alone, and not to come more than 5 minutes early. There will be a hand sanitizing station at the front, as well as masks if you choose to wear one. Physical distancing... rules will be in place. Please take the time to use the restroom before you come to office. We have made all the changes necessary to comply with The Ministry of Health, WorkSafe BC, and the governing bodies of our dental care providers. Please take the time to review all of the posted signs- they are here for your protection as well as ours! When you enter our office our reception staff will be pre-screening you with the same questions you will have been asked on the phone. Your temperature will be taken and you will be asked to fill out a pandemic dental risk form. Our infection control and sterilization procedures will continue to ensure that dental procedures are as safe as always. In the other areas of the office we are implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting measures. For the time being we will be open Tuesdays through Thursday. We understand this may mean you have to wait some time to get your appointment. We are doing everything we can to minimize the wait times and to make sure the more urgent treatments are prioritized. Important Update Alert!! To all of our valued patients that have been in our clinic in the last 2 weeks- please be advised that Dr Saini DID NOT attend the Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver on March 5-7 and neither did any of our staff.
