From my family to yours We Wish you a Merry Christmas and a Healthy and Happy New Year! I know it’s going to be a different one that’s for sure! I am looking forward to some downtime and continuing with my UOG courses at this quieter time! The support Green Haven has been given this year has been absolutely phenomenal. You all made me busier then ever and I am so blessed and thankful to have such amazing clients and customers in my life. The garden maintenance took off like crazy and I loved every second of it. Spring is already promising to be a very busy time So thank you again a million times over and please stay safe and healthy and I look forward to seeing you either at the greenhouse or in your gardens in the Spring!

A little fun this morning with it being New Years Eve and all! The famous New Years Resolution Personally not a fan of this. If you want to change something....do it today, not at the beginning of the New Year...........too much pressure For those of you that plan on making a resolution, I wish you all the best with it and wanted to share some info that I came across this morning that may be your answer with keeping your resolution. GARDENING!!!! ... #1 Staying in shape: Gardening will definitely help. Gardening allows us plenty of bending, squatting, lifting etc. All while getting our hands dirty in the great outdoors #2 Healthier eating habits: There is nothing better then walking out to the garden with a basket ready to be filled with fresh bounty from the garden! #3 Saving money: Growing your own produce certainly saves you money at the grocery store. It goes much further then picking it fresh and eating it. Use your gardens to have some fun canning in the kitchen and fill that freezer full so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor in the winter time too!! #4 Spending quality time with the family: Get the whole family involved. Some of the best conversations can come while pulling some weeded or picking the beans. #5 Eliminates Stress: We all need this in our lives! So there is just a few ways gardening can help you keep your resolution. January is the time to order your seeds, get your garden plans in motion and get excited for a new year of planting! This month I will be sharing info on what we plant in my families garden and some tricks and different advice on our experience with different varieties etc.

Day # 7 is here. Today it’s all about our Drs. and amazing Nurses! I think we can all agree that these amazing professionals are exhausted and are needing a boost! So today please tag as many as you like! Today’s gift is a tabletop sleigh full of a variety of items from local shops and Green Haven as well! To thank you just doesn’t seem like enough.
