Starting April 1st ICBC will be expanding coverage for acupuncture. People who have been in a MVA will get 12 visits paid for without the need for prior approval. The visits are for minor injuries only (no paralysis or serious fractures) and the visits will be covered only 12 weeks after the accident. Great news for patients who want to start treatment very soon after an injury.
