Happy New Year! Our Community Food Smart is again offering you fresh fruits and vegetables, with a Budget Cost of $15.00 per bag. Each bag contains staples, su...ch as carrots, onions, potatoes, apples , banana's, and oranges, plus a variety of additional produce that may include, Broccoli , cantaloupe, kiwi, lettuces, tomatoes, lemon, etc. This is a Open Community Program, meaning ANYONE can join for the low renewable cost of $10.00 annually. You must come into the Food Bank to fill out your Membership for the initial order, but after that, we send you an email, you reply with how many bags you'd like, plus your payment via etransfer for the number of bags you've stipulated.. You then pick up your bag(s) from 1-4 from our Community Room the following Wednesday, so minimal effort, with BIG REWARDS! Cut off to order for the month of January 2021 is Thursday January 7th no later than 3:30pm; pick up of your fresh produce is Wednesday January 13th, 2021.

As we approach a new year, we reflect with fond memories of John Tidd who we lost in May of this year. John was Royal LePage Gardiner Realty's longest serving ...Realtor - 35 years! Shown here is John with his great smile and brother Mike Tidd, receiving from Broker / Owner Lincoln Thompson certificates for John and his family on behalf of The Real Estate Board of Fredericton for the 35 years of continued service combining integrity, knowledge and trust to our industry, together with a donation cheque to John's favorite organization - the Oromocto Hospital Foundation. We miss John every day, his storytelling, humour and loving soul as does his wife Cynthia, children Tiffany and Barry, together with his many grandchildren, brothers and sister and of course Mom Fay. As we celebrate the holiday season, we will enjoy our many fond memories of such a special individual. See more
