Reminder to register for Coach Leanne’s Virtual Spin Class Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm, starting January 13. I will be sending out an email to all registrants with the Zoom meeting code and other information by Monday!!

We received notice this afternoon from the CVRD that Dr. Bonnie Henry’s current order will be extended until Friday February 5, 2021. So we have had to postpone the start date for our group swims. There should be no group adult sports activities...All rental sport groups are to be suspended until February 5. We have sent out an email to all of our currently registered participants and one will be sent out shortly to Coach Leanne’s Learn to Swim.... Thank you for your understanding and patience. Mostly, thank you for your continued support of Pace Multisport, we appreciate it!! Ps...you can still book lanes for individual swims through the CVRD.

You are all so awesome!! So far 8 incredible women have registered for my Virtual Spin Classes!! Thank you!! What is really cool is there are people from Vancou...ver, Victoria and here in the Comox Valley! I love that I can spin with all of you, near and far! If you’ve been on the fence, just do it! We will build strength and endurance together!! Ps....it’s not just for us women, come on guys, join us!!

NEW PHO ORDERS...ALL ADULT GROUP COACHED SWIMS CANCELLED UNTIL JANUARY 8, 2021 This means tonight’s swim and Saturday’s group swim is cancelled. We apologize for the short notice but we were only notified 30 minutes ago. That being said, I strongly encourage you all to go online and book a lane for swimming on the 7:15-8:15pm time slot for tonight and the 8-8:55am time slot on Saturday. There should be spaces available with us not being there. Adult swimming for recreation ...is still ok and they allow 2 people per lane. We will be in contact in the next few days to provide more information. Thank you!!! Leanne & Lynda

As promised, we are giving a sneak peak into our exciting changes and additions for 2021!! But, be patient, because on Friday we will be going live for registration and our updated website!! What will you see?? Things like workouts in all three areas of triathlon, team membership, along with our already existing programs...there’s more and it will all be revealed Friday!!!!

New and exciting things are on the horizon for PACE Multisport!! Just like you, we have missed training and racing together!! The upside? This pandemic has allowed the time for Coach Lynda and Coach Leanne to look at all the amazing ways we can grow! Stay tuned because at the end of November we are going to roll out some pretty rad changes for 2021!!
