We have enjoyed 5 years working hard and selling our farm fresh, grass fed, non-GMO fed meat. But, it's time for us to move on to our next adventure. With the weather staying as cool as it has been, it makes me think of soup! Today's special is beef bones, $2/lb. Beef bones from our grass fed only cows are wonderful for making bone broth. We have a limited amount left so if you are interested, PM us. This is a great addition to our other special - 10lb ground beef for $6/lb. These too are now down to limited quantities so it's a great time to stock up before they are gone. Stay warm, stay well! With the Belleville Farmers Market closed for the foreseeable future, we wanted to make sure all of our friends and customers knew that they could still come out to the farm to purchase meat. Winter! Tis the time of year for soups and stews. Beef/soup bones always sell out once we start again at the farmers market so don't miss out : $3/lb. EGGS! Our chickens didn't get the memo that in the winter, they should slow down their egg production. If you'd like some free-range eggs from non-GMO fed chickens, come by the farm! $4/dozen.

We have eggs! Our chickens have started laying well again and after months of having very few eggs to sell, we have some this week. First come first served, and don't wait - they won't last! I'll take down the post when the eggs are sold out. $4/dozen. As always, our chickens receive non-GMO feed.
