Connection. Today I’m reminded of the power of vulnerability to move you out of your comfort zone. And allow space to see things differently. We cannot be everything to everyone.. nor can we expect people to be everything to us. Or to change.... Regardless of the connections we form in intimate relationships, friendships, family..it’s wise to check in with expectations and assumptions from time to time. We are not flawless. We each have a beating heart that both opens and hurts.. We are each beautiful in every way. And so are our connections. The world right now amplifies this vulnerability so even more important to fumble through naming them Love those openings to learn and shift things about myself Love each other regardless.
