Quarantine gut is gladly gone. Feeling completely back to normal both physique wise and strength wise. Life’s good. Oh and guess what?!? I haven’t binge ate once since being back out in the world. I often reflect on how burnt out I was before lockdown. It’s weird to think how I really did need to be forced to take that time off, physically from training and mentally from business. I started bodybuilding and lifting heavy 7 years ago. The longest time I ever took off the gym w...as for 15 days (when I went to Mexico) in those whole 7 years. I started my business, X-Frame Fitness over 2 years ago and the longest I took away from that was for 2 weeks to go on a very busy vacation to Florida (which wasn’t relaxing at all). I try to see the good in all things bad. I’m greatful because I feel restored. A feeling I wouldn’t have probably ever experienced without a lockdown. I didn’t realize how exhausted and tired I was until I look back on it now and compare it to how I feel now. I’m am ENERGIZED, mentally focused and Im in CONTROL. Called out Day 2 I was nominated by @mattkippenhuck to a 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge to hopefully raise awareness for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide. Nothing like a 5am shoulder pump. Now let’s wake up tomorrow and do it again Early morning deadlifts maybe??? I used to hate training in the morning but now I LIVE for it! What better way to start your day with your favourite activity :) full of energy after a good nights sleep which makes for a great lift. Im also not bloated in the morning as I don’t have a day full of food in my belly which also makes for a better workout! I also find my feet kill after being on them all day which makes me less motivated to train, no excuses in the early am
