Contrary to popular belief oatmeal was thought to be the healthiest breakfast/grain to eat for breakfast and most of us fell for great marketing and ate it religiously.As for myself oatmeal never sat well in my stomach so I started to research other alternative then I came across what I call the king of ancient grains " kamut" flour. Kamut is an ancient grain that has been pretty much forgotten but is starting resurface back into society. Kamut is easily digested and has ana... abundance of protein ,vitamins, minerals and amino acids then any other wheat . Kamut has 40% more protein than wheat. Kamut has zinc, magnesium ,selenium and polyphenols which provides more energy than refined carbs. It also contains calcium, protein,niacin,thiamine,, vitamin b6,iron,phosphorus,manganese, riboflavin and folate. Benefits: Supports bone health especially in older women and men due to osteoporosis.
