12 Weeks & Counting Down Until. Christmas Yes we know its hard to hear that word before Halloween has come and gone but once November is here it feels like time is getting short.... SO! Sadly we are having to say goodbye to Tim Porter as a teacher/instructor at Crossroads Guitar & Drums this week. As a rock musician, Tim has performed regularly with the popular Vancouver band Brickhouse. He has also worked with a diverse array of other performers including The Canadian Tenors, Long John Baldry, The Powder Blues Band, John Lee Sanders, Jim Byrnes, Diane Lines and many others. Tim is a highly respected musician who has been performing in the field for over 2...5 years. He is well versed in all styles of music including jazz, blues, pop, rock and country and is a seasoned session player with countless recording credits to his name. and for the past decade, he has been teaching guitar, developing strong relations with students of all ages, from novice to the advanced. We will miss Tim here at Crossroads Guitar & Drums and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
