NOTICE: we plan to open for May 19th. With our shop being open during these tough times, we understand there will be a lot of questions. Here is a little Q&A fo...r those wondering. Feel free to raise your questions and concerns in the comments! If you have been exposed to Covid within the last two weeks and/or are showing any symptoms please do not contact us to book until you are feeling better or have finished your quarantine. We will not be booking appointments for anyone that has travelled out of province within the past two weeks as well. Can I still visit your shop without a mask? Yes you can! But you will be required to take a mask from the basket at the front. These masks will all be reusable and by donation to the shop, made by hand by the girls at Beauty in the RAW. What are you doing to keep us safe? We have totally reorganized the shop to allow for proper social distancing including removing the studio for the time being. We have trained all of our staff to follow the guidelines recommended by the BC government and then some. We sanitize all tools and touch points between each client. We will have a day set aside for our at risk clients. We will be doing everything we can to keep our staff and clients safe. What services are you offering? At this time we will only be offering hair services, nails, pedicures, and outdoor photoshoots. Stay tuned for updates on more services. Can I bring a friend or child to my appointment? We would prefer to keep numbers to a minimum, if you require assistance or company during your appointment please let us know while booking so that we can schedule to accommodate this. Will you come to my house for services? This will be totally up to the discretion of your service provider. However, we would rather you come to us so that we are able to control the environment our staff is working in. That being said, if you are immune compromised or of the at risk community, please reauest a stylist come to you. Are you taking walk ins? No, we will not be taking walk-ins at this time. We will need you to answer a few questions before we book you in and that is just not possible if you are already inside the building! Please send us a message to book and we will get you in as soon as we can. You will be required to wait in your car until your appointment time, we will open the door for you when we are ready.
