#tastytuesday Curry coconut chicken , 35 grams of protein , 56 grams of carbs, 5 grams of fat. Super easy and with #instapot It only took 25 min Saute onion , garlic in install pot , once done add 2-3 spoons of curry , 1 spoon of masala , 1/2 spoon of coriander, salt , 1 can of rinsed chick peas, 1/2 can of low fat coconut milk , 3 chicken breasts and start. #throwbackthursday . Pic on the left was 13 years ago, weight was 205 . I was working out 6 days a week (sometimes more ) Lots of classes at various gyms . Running , spin , random resestance training . I would go on and off all kinds of diets , low carb, low fat , fasting ect . Pic on the right is current , I train 5 days per week, 4 lifting days and 1-2 XBC hiit style class . Currently I do not keep track of my total caloric intake each day because over the summer I just w...anted to maintain. I do know that I eat approx 1700-2000 cals depending on the day and social events Often clients can't get the results they want not because they are not working hard but because they are not training probably . Diet has been 90 percent on track, eating about 1600-1700 cals per day. Transformation Tuesday shout out to a client that wants to remain nameless a little longer Pic 1 is day one of online training with XBC and pic 2 is only three weeks later . This client has been following a balanced meal plan that has included events every weekend that we have incorporated a plan for him to be able to enjoy some beverages Along with that meal plan he has been following a 5 day a week lifting workout plan that he has been crushing These pics are a perfect example to why the scale should not be the only way to judge progress as he is only down three lbs so far however clearly he is making some Xtreme progress Can't wait to see what this guy does over the next few months .

Good morning, looking for a high protein low carb breakfast option? Give this protein pancake a try!! Blend together 1/2 cup of egg whites with 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 drop of stevia ( optional ) 1 tsp. cinnamon Spray frying pan with Pam coconut oil spray( about 5 seconds) Fry egg white mix about 3 minutes, flip and fry for about 1-2 more minutes . ... Remove pancake, top with 1/4 cup of blue berries and drizzle with sugar free syrup ( optional ) Serves 1 Total cal = 230 Protein = 30 Fat = 10 Carb = 6
