Upper body day Lat pull down (hypertrophy training 6-12 reps of 1RM ) Pull down as breathe out, extend your arms as breathe in. Lean back slightly, pull towards your collar bone (Do NOT pull the bar to back of your neck if you want to be shoulder friendly!) . Here is one more tip.
