DYK that the sunset doesn’t begin until the sun has set? There are 3 parts to a sunset! 1. Civil Twilight- when the solar disk is at 6 degrees below the horizon 2. Nautical Twilight- when the solar disk is 6-12 degrees below the horizon 3.
