Tai Chi vs. Yoga? Which one do you prefer? Tai Chi offers a mind-body magic which simply cannot be compared. Tai Chi Chuan, a martial art meaning supreme ultimate fist allows you to learn how to defend yourself while teaching you to move through the space around you with the use of flowing, slow, continuous movements. Try something new; strengthen your mind and your body this Sunday at our complimentary Tai Chi Class to flow up your energy.
