Yankee Lady IV went into Toronto Drydock on Monday. Why drydock? We are required by Transport Canada regulations to take her in every 5 years for inspection of the hull, propellers, shafts, anchors, etc....to ensure we have a beautiful and safe ship! While there, we will clean up the hull, and paint her with anti-fouling paint, and make her hull pretty again! Maintenance has always been very important to us! Looking forward to seeing you all next year!

Although we can't take you on a cruise this Labour day weekend, to watch the annual CNE Airshow... we can still bring the noise to you! On Saturday September 5th at 12:00 PM ET, the Airshow's Facebook page will host the first (and hopefully last) virtual airshow. The show will feature never seen before video of various performers, behind the scenes walk around of aircraft and personal greetings from some of our favourite crews and pilots. This free virtual airshow will showca...se some of the best performers from the past 70 years including the USAF Thunderbirds, B52, P51, F35, CAF Skyhawks, our beloved Snowbirds and many, many more. No major events in Toronto this summer...one event we used to enjoy is the Canadian International Air Show...this year it will be virtual. Just received this note from them....let us all participate. Calling on all our Insiders! As part of our 2020 virtual airshow, we would like to include photos and/or videos from the best air show fans, our Insiders, to help relive the CIAS experience. it has been nothing but a devastating and bizarre year for everyone...and now we lose one of our own....RIP Tommy Northcote

We have been receiving lots of calls about cruising...unfortunately at this time, we are still at the dock uncertain if there will be a season for us! We are phase 3, and there just might not be enough of a season to make it fiscally reasonable....but we'll keep you posted. Have a great Canada Day tomorrow!
