Helloit’s December already?! We wrapped up our 2020 season this week man, were we busy! COVID who? LOL! We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all of our wonderful clients who supported us through one heluva rough year! We take great pleasure in creating and revamping your outdoor spaces and have compiled a few collages of our jobs to display the diverse capabilities of our VERY hard working crew. A sincere thanks and shout out to my team, as without them there woul...d only be "Yard" and no "Butler" - Flo, Paige, Mandy, Jessa, Kathleen, Jeremy and Cole you gals/guys are simply the best. YB Collage #1 - Many hours were spent at Andre's and Carlene's this season; stripping, scraping, sanding, priming, painting and re-caulking their gorgeous home in Carp! YB Collage #2 - Thanks also to Carolyn & Ed on Old Richmond Road for all the gardening work this season and last, but the pride and joy for us was their retaining wall reconstruct - lots of hard work and detail went into this project! YB Collage #3 - Another past client, Tony & Judy had us back for Phase II this season and had us cleaning up the gully behind their home in Kanata, removing damaged lawn, adding geotech, mulch and clearing trees. We're ready for Phase III Tony, thanks! YB Collage #4 Easily the coolest YB consult of the season was for Dwight’s CasaGrotto Airbnb in Kanata who invited us to design and build a 3-hole putting green for his front yard! Although we ran out of time to start this job, (it’s slated for 2021) Dwight kept us very busy with back and front yard makeovers, Santa Fe style! YB Collage #5 Who doesn’t love a hot tub! Thanks to Sony & Viola in Ottawa for inviting us to install a hot tub base for their new Beachcomber Tub! YB Collage #6 - A last minute phone call for some yard work before the snow with Ramona & Peter from Stittsville having us relocate raised garden boxes and soil, lay sod and create a new wild flower location! YB Collage #7 Full circle thanks again to Andre & Carlene for having us back to build a wood shed for the firewood from a fallen 100 foot tall Beech tree that blew down in a microburst this summer!

We really rocked this one - Stittsville yard makeover complete! This one was fun! Amazing clients (Sarah & Patricia), and this is just the beginning, as the side and front yards are booked for next spring already! We added new patio, curbs, flower beds, fence, and a clover bed to add some green back to the yard. We LOVE this one! An amazing back yard transformation for Sandy in Barrhaven. The Yard Butler ladies and Cole LaRue were on fire once again! We began this one by removing all grass and weeds and a lift n' shift of the patio pavers, removing all old gator edging and replacing with new spikes and ensuring all edges were level - after 22 years of being in the ground. We added a small patio, repaired some of the fence and back step, added new soil, transplanted some shrubs and added some nice black cedar mulch to finish things off.
