We have decided that with the amount of rain that has come down in the last couple days along with more in the forecast for the coming week that we are ending the use of golf cars for the season. Members of Yarmouth Links are still allowed to golf while walking as long as there is no frost on the course or if the ground is frozen. Its been a great golf season with lots of Fall golf played here at the Links. ... Here's hoping for a short winter and a warm dry spring. YGCC H

Important Update on the Ian Macdonald closing tournament: Due to the uncertainty of the weather on Saturday, we have decided to move the scramble to Sunday October 18th THE TIME HAS ALSO CHANGED TO A 10 AM START. This is to allow time for everyone attending the AGM to get home and return for the AGM at 7pm. We understand if this doesn't work for some so if you have paid and cannot attend we will refund your entries.... We ask if you are able to pay before Sunday morning it would help with the congestion in the pro shop before the tournament. See you on Sunday at 10 am!!!!!!!

YARMOUTH GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18 AT 7:OO PM.

This year for our closing tournament we are having the Ian Macdonald Memorial....details are Price is $140 per team Format is a 4 person scramble each player will hit from the tees of their choice. All prizes will be won by draw with the exception being the Ian Macdonald trophy.... We would love to have as many of our Members and guests out for a closing celebration.
