Fraser Valley Community Chorus

While I have been working hard to get my children's choirs up and running, I have not forgotten about our adult choir. I need to know how many might be interested in trying to sing outdoors?

Like everything else, everywhere, we will be suspending rehearsals at this time! Members please look for an email with some possible zoom sing alongs or live sing alongs to keep us connected! Let's keep checking in with each other! Stay healthy and sing where you are!

Never have I been so happy to say that the Community choir has less than 250 people in it! Had a great rehearsal! Everyone should be singing everywhere. Sing your greetings instead of handshakes! Top of the day to ya! Sing a hug. . . 4 hugs a day, that's the minimum. Singing boosts you immune system so sing where ever you are!!

I love the new people I have met through the Yarrow community choir. Even when everyone doesn't sing every season! Would love to meet even more new people!

We are working on some heart grieving/healing music reflecting on the elements of Holy Week, to be shared on Good Friday! Has the new year been a challenging start? I myself will have been to 3 memorial's in the course of less than 3 weeks. All precious lives that ended far, far to soon. There are so many many things we grieve and often don't share, hidden crisises of the heart. Well you are invited to come and find a release, a comfort, a voice and above all friendship in the Yarrow Community Choir. Let's journey along side each other. We rehearse Thursday evenings at Yarrown United Mennonite Church on Eckert street. No auditions. Heidi Epp
