It’s a choice to heal and change ourselves, or not deal with it and stay fucking stuck. This statement from another friends wall hit me I am someone who helps other reach their path, clear their fog, hold their space and so much more But I also have days I want to scream. This makes me human! I am growing and learning just as much as everyone else. And being a holistic practitioner doesnt exempt me from the daily life lessons, it doesnt exempt me from getting heart broken ...or having relationships (friends or lovers) that dont work or that are not compatible. All that the universe gives me - is for me to grow and share. Yes I post alot of stuff - not all is actually happening in my life but it probably has at some point. I share because I dont want anyone feeling alone -- I share because I am feeling it -- I share because even though it may sound like I am having a rough time; I may not be in a bad space I may just share because my heart felt it But I am human - which means no matter how well I maybe able to steer you in the right direction - I forget my lefts from my rights sometimes. But because I share doesnt mean you have to. It doesnt mean I am sharing our experiences online - it means sometimes you dont know what domino effects you cause by sharing And if you are a sharer - please dont stop because someone states you communicate too much - you never know whos life changes because you did TO ME COMMUNICATION IN ANY RELATIONSHIP IS KEY TO KEEPING THAT RELATIONSHIP ALIVE See more
