This is the results of overloading old circuits with loose joints feeding portable or window A/C units....very serious fire hazard... A/C units should be on a dedicated circuit, preferably a 20Amp circuit.

Always use an LEC when doing modifications or renovations..

We are very pleased to be part of the Iron Horse festival this year. We hooked up all the temporary power. There was a glitch on Thursday due to a bad gen set but we managed to correct the issue and it was a wonderful weekend. Thanks to all that volunteered. We love helping out with the community.

There are specific pot lights for ceilings of a combustible construction...Ive seen too many of the packs from DIY stores that are not approved...always look for the IC rating. .

Always insist on seeing their ESA contractors licence. As well as liability insurance and WSIB.
