All the ice cream is made and is setting up in the freezer. Ready for pick up tomorrow 6-8 pm and Saturday 2-4 pm. We might even have a few extras of some flavors. I will let you know.

We will be finishing up our production run on Wednesday Dec. 9. Giving the icecream 24 hours to set up means we will be ready for pick up on Thurdsay. I will be at the store Thursday from 6-8 pm, and Saturday from 2-4pm. If neither of these times are doable for you, please pm me here and we can arrange a time. Also I will be putting in my POP UP GROCERY SHOP order on Sunday Dec 14 if you are interested in stocking up on supplies. If there is something you want that is not on the list, please message me and i can check out pricing for you.

A few people have asked me about some bulk grocery supplies, so I contacted my supplier and he put together this sample list for me. I will be placing the order next Sunday if I get enough interest. He also mentioned we can get seafood (lobster/ shrimp), pie and tart shells as well as pre made dainties. These are case lots so if it says 2 2kg it means 2pkgs each at 2kg per case.

I have had a few requests about ordering the 11.4 L pails in from my suppliers. I am willing to do this, however I need to make sure that I make my Minimum orders. Nestle and Foothills both have a 7 pail minimum, and Pratts ( where i get my cherry cheesecake, and no sugar added diabetic ice creams) would require approximately 10 pails. If I fail to meet minimum orders, the company would either refuse to ship or tack on a surcharge which would affect the cost of the ice cream. If anyone is interested in ordering and 11.4 L pail of ice cream for the Christmas season, please let me know and I will see what I can do. Again the cuttoff for trying to place and order will be December 4th.

Christmas is getting closer, it is time to think about dessert. We are planning a manufacturing run in the beginning of December, and it is time to place your orders. The flavors that we will be able to make in 1L containers are: Saskatoon Cheesecake, Butterbeer, Mint Chip, Cappuccino Flake, Raspberry Cheesecake, Licorice, Candy Cane, Eggnog, Pumpkin Pie, and Pink Lemonade Sorbet. Orders need to be placed and paid for by December 4th ($9/L) and will be ready for pick up no later than December 15. Message us here to place your order as we are not in the store every day
