Just days after her first birthday, on October 23, 2018, she had surgery to remove the tumour. Unfortunately, the surgery was complicated and her celiac artery (which supplies blood to her abdominal organs) was accidentally cut. Because of this complication, Sweet Lukah now needs a multi-organ transplant to save her life. She is fighting hard and proving she has a strong will to live. Please share her story so that it might inspire someone, in their time of loss, to donate the organs that could save Lukah's life Many parents who lose a child haven't considered organ donation, but, if they knew Lukah's story and the difference donation could make, they might feel inspired.
