Happy National Coming Out Day! This image is by renowned artist Keith Haring, whose work combined art with activism to advocate for safer sex and AIDS awareness. Keith died in 1990 from AIDS-related complications.

As LGBTQ History Month continues, our five part exploration of Edmonton gay bars concludes. One of the challenges with this series was how much is already lost.
