So for Weekend Special, today, we have the famous Dal Makhni - made with whole black lentils (urad), red kidney beans (rajma), butter and cream. This is very special because it takes hours to prepare it - slow cooked for at least 6 to 10 hours with lots of butter and cream to get the ultimate creamy taste. Try it with naan and it is heavenly!!
