Wanna hang out? YFC London is hosting small-group, pre-registered, COVID-safe youth hang out times on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting next week! . Youth will choose one or both days to come in for 2 hours of fun activities together with a small group of peers. The adventures for the night will be chosen by the youth from a shortlist provided by the leaders that night and they can request additional activities for the following week. . This week we are filled with thankful hearts! It started with our annual fundraiser which has raised over $18,000 to date, on top of the generous contributions from our corporate sponsors. Thank you to everyone who joined us to make our drive-in concerts so memorable. Thanks again to Victoria Playhouse Petrolia and Forest City Community Church for without you, these two nights would not have been possible. This week also started our fall programs for community youth: indoor... skate park, Indoor Basketball, Arts & Crafts, and homework support. These programs are in addition to the daily community meals that have continued to provide hundreds of youth and families with healthy meals during this pandemic. Your generous support makes this possible as we are fully funded by the community. Therefore, we are thankful for your support as we continue to journey with and serve the youth in London with the love and hope of Jesus in various tangible ways. Thank you! We tried something new this year and night one was a great success thanks to everyone who was able to attend. Due to our annual banquet not being possible at RBC place, we switched to a Drive-In concert with the Victoria Playhouse Petrolia performing their show "Good Ol' Country Gospel". This has given us the opportunity to still share the inspiring stories of London's youth journeying through this pandemic as well as a time to connect as a community.
