Just four spots left in my Yoga for Round Bodies Tuesday beginners class! This 75-min class is excellent for beginners who are hesitant to join a "regular" yoga class, but want to experience yoga for the first time. Details: YFRB Six-class beginners series Tuesdays 5:45pm - 7pm... Oct 22 - Nov 26 All props are provided and everyone is welcome. These are small classes with lots of meditation instruction, mindful movement, and body awareness. Location is central and accessible with lots of parking. Come along and bring a friend! Yoga for Round Bodies New Fall Class Times: YFRB1 - Beginners Tuesdays 5:45pm - 7pm Oct 22 - Nov 26... YFRB2 - The Next Level Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:45pm Oct 24 - Nov 28 the new dates. The location is 120 LeMarchant Road, and the cost is $90 for the series of 6 classes. If you are planning to register, please consider doing the class with a friend!
