Parenthood is such a journey. Life can be such a journey. It can be so unpredictable. It can be filled with joy, surprises and sometimes pain and uncertainty.... Being a mom has tought me how to make the best of alarming times. It has tought me patience, agility and a great deal about perspective. I do believe much of life is how we choose to see it. I try my best to teach my son that all feelings are ok. It’s about making sure we process them and what we do with them. It’s about choosing kindness for others and for ourselves. It’s about having fun in the moment when we can. I’m such a better person because of Malcolm. All of it. Heading back to Kingston with some changes ahead.
