When you chant Om Mani Pade Hum (a Buddhist mantra) you will extend your exhale to approximately 6 seconds, try to match your inhale to the exhale. Let me know how it goes!! ... Happy breathing

It’s our last week of summer classes @cayoosh_yoga and then VACATION I wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU for pivoting & practicing with me all summer long in our beautiful outdoor garden studio I will be teaching a 200 hour course in Whistler this September and October @ Yogacara Whistler and then I’ll see, come November if I can open my indoor studio for privates throughout the winter.
