My dearest and beloved yogis! I am writing to you today with a very exciting announcement that has been a personal goal of mine for quite some time. As many of you may know and may have noticed, I have gradually been shifting and introducing the concept of New Wave Yoga. Today, I have decided to finally make the official switch and complete the re-branding, and so from now onward, I proudly introduce you to the new and improved version of me, of my goals and aspirations, and... of what we all grew to love over the years, previously known as Yin Yang Yoga Loft is now New Wave Yoga! "If not me, who? If not now, when?" I want to share a little bit about my internal process, especially during these unprecedented and unexpected times, which shaped to be the right time for me to finally make this transition. With all of the changes happening around us, I feel comfortable continuing my growth. The seasons are changing, the flowers are blooming again, the world is learning to adjust to some new and temporary realities, but also learning how strong and resilient we are, and that we need to focus on what truly matters. This has also been a period of personal experiences for me, as the circumstances led me to temporarily experience life in downtown Toronto, of all places. The fast paced innovation hub also encouraged me to change and adjust, giving birth to a Virtual Studio and conquering the new challenges of facing the camera and the skills of recording. I believe in us to grow stronger from the challenges that we face, and I’m excited to do it together! What can you expect going forward? Everything you love and appreciate about our experience and years together is what will shape the future and the growth I want to see me, and you, experience going forward. New wave Yoga is my way of bringing more concepts of life, movement, growth, nature, lifestyle and openness into the traditional yoga practice. As you know, this has been my guiding principle all along, so I’m excited to now rebrand and stand behind these concepts. Join me in this journey and help me spread the word..
