Winter fun with these 2 maniacs has caught up with me. For a sweet little way to decongest and relax: boil water, put 4 or so drops of R.C. Into a bowl. Add the water. Then put a town over yourself and the bowl... breathe and enjoy. Pro tip: close your eyes PS you can substitute R.C. with Raven, or a blend of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lemon ... the list goes on. Enjoy
